Tell me what you need it to do, and I'll tell you what it costs.
Four fixed-price plans, and any two combine. You shouldn't have to ask for a number before you know whether you can afford it.
I build and run the software small businesses in Brunei actually work on — then answer the WhatsApp myself when something breaks. Every price is on this page.

Pay monthly and cancel at month-end, or pay twelve months up front and save around 17%. Combine any two plans and save B$100 on the build and B$15 a month. Every plan includes hosting, the users listed, and up to one hour a month of fixes and small changes — unused hours roll over for up to three months, and beyond the allowance it's B$20.00 an hour. Extra users are B$3.00 each a month on any plan.
The terms are written down, your data leaves with you, and if none of it fits I will tell you so.
A burger shop in Brunei has been running their point of sale on a build of mine since July 2026 — taking orders, working the kitchen queue and closing the day on it. A second business, Syarikat Agendas Brunei, is on a Booking Site build now.
The four below are demo builds — invented businesses, built properly so you can click through a real one rather than look at a screenshot. They are labelled as demos on every page, because a made-up shop presented as a client is just a lie with better typography.
I'm one person. You should know what happens to the thing you've paid for if I'm not here, and the answer shouldn't be buried in a document you never read.
My name is Izzi Adi and IAstudio is me. Not a team, and not an agency with a stock photo of people pointing at a laptop — that is my actual face, and I am the one who will answer, build it, and fix it at nine on a Saturday.
Before this I ran Byrdhouse and empat.co. So I have been on your side of it: a menu changing the morning of, being short-staffed on a Saturday, and an order lost somewhere in a DM thread. That is most of why these plans are shaped the way they are — I built the things I needed and could not buy.
I work with AI tooling on the build side. That's not a selling point, it's just how the prices are what they are — a site is B$180 rather than B$1,800 because one person with good tools can do in a week what used to take a studio a month. What you're paying for is that someone chose the typeface, checked the contrast and read your menu properly.
Everything is priced up front, the terms are written down, and if a job doesn't fit a plan I'll say so rather than squeeze it into the nearest one.
Tell me what the business does and I'll tell you which plan fits — usually in one message, and usually the same day.
Messages sent in those hours get a reply the same day. Friday is closed 12:00–14:00.
