IAstudio · Booking Site

A calendar your customers book without messaging you first. The Booking Site: a proper website, with live availability behind it.

Appointments, classes, sessions and event dates. People see what’s free, pick a slot, and the booking reaches you on WhatsApp — with no double-booking, and a turnaround gap between jobs if you need one.

What B$350 buys

In plain words

B$350 builds everything the Starter Site is, with a calendar behind it: people see what is free, pick a slot, and the booking reaches you on WhatsApp. B$28 a month keeps it running, with hosting, two logins and up to an hour of changes. Two people can never take the same slot.

Everything in the Starter Site
Home, about, services and contact from your own photos, prices and words, on your own domain, with every other route still ending in a WhatsApp message to you.
Live availability from your real hours
Your services with their durations and prices, set against your opening hours. Pick a service and the calendar re-flows to that duration, so a long job visibly leaves fewer openings than a short one.
No double-booking
Availability is enforced where the bookings are stored, not in the browser, so two people pressing Book at the same second cannot both take the last opening. A turnaround gap after each job is a setting, not a workaround.
Confirmation, and an admin view
The booking reaches you on WhatsApp with the service and the time, the customer sees it confirmed, and you see the day laid out in one place behind your login.
B$28 a month: hosting and an hour of changes
Hosting, two logins, and up to an hour a month of changes: a new service, new hours, a photo swapped. Unused time rolls over for three months; beyond it, work is B$35 an hour.
Your bookings are yours
Exported and handed over within 14 days of asking. Nothing auto-renews, and a monthly plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

By trade

If you sell time — a chair, a session, a date, a crew — this is the plan. If you sell things over a counter, look at POS.

Syarikat Agendas Brunei

A wedding house in Brunei takes its bookings on this plan, against a three-a-day cap that is enforced in the database rather than in the browser, so two families on slow connections cannot both take the last slot. Behind the login: crew, run sheets and deposits, on the Operations Pro tier.
